Brought it in to get my air-conditioner fixed as the other Kia Dealer did not repair it. It sat on lot all day and they said they could not determine what was wrong with it. I was a first-time buyer and my salesman (Chris Speck) was great and very helpful through the whole process. They didn't have the exact car I wanted and he made sure, within two days, that they had locate was great and very helpful through the whole process.
