The staff was quick to help me with my problem. I had a flat tire and no idea why it had gone flat. I went to see if my tire was under warranty (which sadly it wasn’t), but they said they’d look in I had a flat tire and no idea why it had gone flat. I went to see if my tire was under warranty (which sadly it wasn’t), but they said they’d look into it anyway. After about 15 minutes, I was told that they had fixed the issue with my tire, filled the tire, put it back on, and placed the spare back in the spare compartment. And they did it all for free! It was a wonderfully easy in and out job and I’m really happy they were able to help me with my issue quick and painlessly. More
Went through and bought a car on 11/7/2024. Drive 2 hours to buy the car. Came back two days later, driving 2 hours, to finish the down payment and was told by the salesman that he was talk to Drive 2 hours to buy the car. Came back two days later, driving 2 hours, to finish the down payment and was told by the salesman that he was talk to his manager about some damage on the vehicle that was their before the car was bought and a second key. Was told later that day their would be a second key and the previous owner was going to drop it off. Reached back out multiple times and never got a response. Called the dealership over a week after buying the car, talked to the sales guy, still had no idea about either the damage or the key. Was told I would get a call back, never called back. Texted me, I responded with a question, never heard anything back. Reached out again and still never heard anything back. Had to call the dealership again, talked to the manager and told me they couldn't take care of the damage that was on the car before it was bought and STILL had no idea about the key. Told me he would reach out to the salesman and would call me back. Never received a call back, got a text back about 6 hours later, still no idea about the key. Here we are, 12/7/2024, a month later, still nothing. Terrible communication, would never recommend someone to buy from this dealership. More
