Then comes the financial department who assists you in completing the plethora of required paperwork while offering extra packages such as a very worthwhile maintenance package. Now that you have your vehicle, the service department is there to answer all your questions ensuring you understand everything that the tech’s are completing on your vehicle. And, while you wait, they show you to a comfortable seating area where there’s a television to watch while having Complimentary drinks and snacks. Service department is great however I was very unhappy that they built two maintenance plans into my lease. They call the two included oil changes “complimentary”. Far from the truth since they were over that they built two maintenance plans into my lease. They call the two included oil changes “complimentary”. Far from the truth since they were over $225 built into my lease. They also added a maintenance plan costing $600. They told me they could take both out of the lease however it wouldn’t lower my payment. Not buying or leasing from them again! More
