I typically get great service from Ken Ganley Medina, but probably will not be returning. The service rep was initially very helpful and assisted me in creating an appointment quickly and efficiently. Althou probably will not be returning. Although after waiting in store (no offer for transportation) for 7 hours -9 am –4pm, I returned to my car with glass particles over the dashboard, floors, and steering wheel. My car was taken back from 4 to 4:30 for cleaning. At the time of scheduling I was aware that the process could take several hours and that a third party installed the windshield, but assumed that there would be transportation offered since I was getting standard oil change, tire rotation, and fluid replacement services as well. I really wish there was more communication during the entire process. I left constructive feedback to the service manager over the phone who said that it wasn’t profitable enough for a rental or shuttle for the service I received and that essentially they weren’t responsible for it, which I understand to a degree, but wish there was more of a customer focus that I’m so used to at this branch. Unfortunate visit to a place that I go out of my way for typically stellar service. More

Went in for first oil change. Did not check tire pressure, floor mats and trim was dirty after tech dragged feet along rocker panel. Did they even change oil?
