To ken ganley kia in medina, ohio, We purchased a 2015 kia soul from bill doraty kia( which you bought) 8 years ago. The vehicle has just over 75,000 miles on it and the engine is consuming oil. You refused to fix the problem because i cant find copies of my first 2 oil changes 8 years ago but did show oil change receipts since then. Who holds onto oil change receipts from 8 years ago? You just dont want to fix the problem! I will try to get ahold of your corporate office and try to get something done. This is poor customer service!

Have a 2015 kia soul with just over 75,000rs miles with the engine consuming over a quart of oil per 1.000 miles. Ken ganley will not fix it because i cant show proof of my first 2 oil changes from 8 years ago! Not a good way to keep customers!
