We bought 2 used cars off the lot and waited 3-4 weeks for key fab and mats. Then we had to wait when we picked up the car for them to program the key fab when they had it for a week. My wife and I were very happy with the overall experience! We both haven't bought a car in the past 10 years and when we just started looking, stock seemed very scarce at places near our home. We found some cars of interest and decided to head out to Ken Ganley Kia in Medina. We were pleasantly greeted by Tad, and he immediately was able to get us in the cars we were interested in. It ended up being a longer night than expected, but Tad and the rest of the team stayed late to work with us and we walked away with the SUV we wanted! Tad was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable on their stock and didn't pressure us at all. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Tad! More

Terrible experience. We went to get the new Seltos we paid a deposit on. We were told with tax and everything out the door it would be around $26,000. I thought the payments seemed high, then noticed they sneaked in a market adjustment (price gouge) of $6,000 bringing the price to over $32,000. They said all dealerships are doing this, which is a lie because we bought a Chevy Trailblazer the same day at MSRP. Ken Ganley steals from customers. We will never go back and do not recommend this dealership to anyone, and if you go please beware. We worked with two salesmen who were nice but they failed to mention the price of the vehicle is not what they expect you to pay. More

I know it's just a car wash but it's still not okay. Stickers still on the truck, dirty and had fingerprints. around the doors. We should have left with a shiny clean truck for what we paid for it. We had to get all the sticky stuff off the windows ourselves too. When I complained to the salesman he offered to have it washed then. Hello, you saw us putting stuff in the bed of the truck! How could it have been washed at that point! New or used, kia or not, every customer should get the same service. On another note, our finance guy John was great! More
