Had scheduled a basic service interval for my 2021 Kia Sportage AWD ( Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Inspection ECT.) Had an appointment yesterday for 2:30pm got there about an hour earlier was nearby with so Sportage AWD ( Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Inspection ECT.) Had an appointment yesterday for 2:30pm got there about an hour earlier was nearby with some other errands to take care of prior and was taken in immediately and didn't have to wait long either! My Service Advisor Brett C. Was super nice, down to earth and informative of anything I needed, he has taken care of us once before and I'll always go to him when I have the truck serviced. Have had no complaints at all about Ken Ganley Kia in Medina- very clean and professional dealership with friendly helpful employee's. Out of any dealership I've dealt with in the past, these guys are the best to not only deal with if looking for a new or used vehicle but for service too! I give them 2 thumbs up! I was looking to lease a 2022 Kia Seltos, and I already had a high respect for Ken Ganley dealerships from family working with them previously. I worked with GM Steve Sawyer and Damon Swann. They were both had a high respect for Ken Ganley dealerships from family working with them previously. I worked with GM Steve Sawyer and Damon Swann. They were both so responsive and helpful during the process. This was the first vehicle I had purchased alone as I had driven the same car from my mother for 9 years. Damon made it so easy for me to make a deposit on an incoming Seltos and set up an appointment to come in to pick up. The kindness from these two people was a breath of fresh air in the world we live in today. I’m so grateful for the experience, and I look forward to continuing to work with them. I will never go anywhere else but Ken Ganley. More
Tried to call and speak to Brittany at the dealership and the phone number that she listed on a Facebook post about a vehicle. Vm was full and couldn’t leave a message. I will never go back to this dealership again. I got my 2019 Sorento serviced 5/23 to start an oil consumption test. They did not put my undercarriage shield back on properly. The shield came most of the way off and my car was leaking oil from the filter. ... More than normal- even If they filled it too full. They had Action towing come and tow my car back up to Medina. While the company was driving my car onto the tow truck (up the ramp) the whole shield ripped off. Ken Ganley Kia told me i would have a rental car by 9am 5/24 and to come and pick it up. I got up there and they refused a rental car for me, zip tied the old shield back together and drilled new holes in my car to keep it up. They said they would have to order a shield. .. Okay Great. when will it be in? 3 days. AFTER they finally messed around for an hour trying to get the old one back up there. They put another USED shield in my car and said here is your new one. you'll have to have someone else put it on because we can't. Oh and will you pay the $200 tow bill.. UMMMM NOOOO, None of this is my fault. I didn't change the oil and not secure the shield. Josh Adams is not professional at all and they did not take responsibility for not properly securing the undercarriage shield. Why would they give me a different one and NOT put it on my car??? More
My mother in law’s lease through Kia was ending in mid April 2022. She wanted to exercise her purchase option and keep the vehicle. She began receiving phone calls in late February 2022 from Ken Ganley April 2022. She wanted to exercise her purchase option and keep the vehicle. She began receiving phone calls in late February 2022 from Ken Ganley Kia, stating that they needed her to turn in the car immediately, because they needed it. She informed them of her intentions to keep the car and purchase it out right. They continued with harassing phone calls, demanding that she turn it in. I accompanied her to Ken Ganley Kia on April 9, 2022 so they could help her with the purchase option. A salesman named Marvin brought her to his desk and began the paperwork. He then went and discussed everything with the sales manager, who came to us with a sales sheet. The sales sheet was for $ 5,638 more than the purchase option on the lease agreement/contract. When I brought this to his attention, he stated he had to purchase the car from Kia and re-sell it to us, and there is a cost to that, and that we could easily sell the car for even a higher cost. When I let him know this was unacceptable and we planned on contacting Kia Motors directly to facilitate the purchase, he strongly stated that we cannot do that, as Kia Motors was not performing purchase options currently and had not for the last year and a half. We contacted Kia Motors on April 11, 2022 and they DID sell us the car for the EXACT amount on the lease agreement contract. The sales manager from Ken Ganley Kia flat out lied to us. It is shameful they tried to steal over $ 5,000 from an 80 year old recently widowed woman, and lied to our face to try and get away with it. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to lease or purchase a car, go anywhere other than Ken Ganley Kia with their business. More
