First visit there. After making a few calls on my own, I found that the parts department at Ken Ganley Kia Medina had the part I needed. I made the ride out there, purchased it and then the service department put it on my car while I waited. I had no appointment, but they still got me in. Their dealership out in Medina is really nice and every employee I dealt with were just amazing......(a big thank you to Dwayn in the parts department!) And let me tell you about the parts department out there......they have an extensive parts department for your Kia vehicles!!!!! If I lived closer to this dealership, that's where I would be taking both of my Kias for everything. And when I'm ready to buy another vehicle, I plan to look there first. If their customer service is that good for someone that is not a regular customer of theirs, I can't imagine how great it is for the people that actually are their customers.
