This service department NEVER returns a call. You have to go in in order to get any kind of update on your vehicle reair. This dealer’s service center never answers the phone. My partners vehicle has been here for 3 weeks, no updates unless you call the front and ask for a manager. There are also no loaners available. I believe their service center is overbooking and it’s causing customers to wait excessively long to get their fixed cars back. Without a loaner, this process has been very frustrating for us because we are sharing my car for the both of us. Without regular updates this causes a lot of unnecessary anxiety More
