I purchased a verboten from here that has damage and issues that they were aware of but did not disclose to me during the buying process. When the issues were discovered I was told that they would be co issues that they were aware of but did not disclose to me during the buying process. When the issues were discovered I was told that they would be corrected at no cost. We'll no cost turned into 2 years and several thousand dollars or off pocket paid to Classic Auto Group to correct newly created issues every single time it went into a Ken Ganely service department! At one point this issue almost caused a massive on road collision. In the end I was told that nothing would be done to help me and that I was invited to take legal action against Ken Ganely auto group. These dealerships use predatory and high pressure sales and lending tactics and then will damage your car with their incompetent techs and tell you it's your fault. I will be buying my next vehicle(s) from Classic Automotive Group! More

Refused to deal at on ($300 +) labor charge for just installation of added mudguards and MSRP sell price. Our trade was under values by at least $2K according to other non Kia dealer offers. This used to be a great family run Kia dealership which was focused on customer satisfaction and service but then it was aquired by Ken Ganley. Expections were not met and we felt underserved for sure. Should of bought from another dealer outside our local one which was giving us $1,500 off MSRP and included no cost labor for mudguard install, Our sales guy (Noah) answered all our questions but did not advocate for us at all with mgmt. More

I had a great experience with Kia of Mentor. I met Mike A. and “G”, they were very professional, efficient and patient with me answering all my questions. Mike worked with me getting my payment to where I was comfortable with no pressure. I ended up leasing the 2023 Kia Sportage, and I absolutely love it. I appreciated G texting me the next day asking if I had any questions/concerns, and that I can call him for assistance. Such a breath of fresh air compared to some other dealerships I’ve been to in the past. I’ll definitely be referring family & friends to go see G, Mike and the Kia of Mentor team!
