I bought my car here in 2015 and brought it regularly for maintenance and any other repairs since then until recently. My only reason for bringing today is to have a recall for the brake line replaced because it had failed the test. The communication is lacking so I brought my car for the 3rd time to finally get replaced!! The customer service when you drop off or pick up your vehicle is very rude! You stand and wait , and wait, and wait….So sad! Phone calls you wait 5 or more minutes!! Used to be a good place when it was Mentor Kia…I have nothing good to say about this Ken Ganley establishment here In Mentor, OH, clearly they have no respect for the patrons who come in for service. All about profits nothing about people. So sad! More
