I've lost faith in your dealership. I purchased the 2012 sportage from you on 06/15/2022, drove it for 1 month and the engine locked up. After waiting 3 months for an engine your service department ordered the wrong engine. Now i guess I'll be waiting another three months and continue making payments on a vehicle i cant drive. I've had nothing but trouble with your dealership since day one so when my sister in law was interested in a car from your lot i told her not to buy there so she bought her 2022 Arcadia from classic Chevrolet down the street from you. I've also told another friend to not buy from you and he bought from somewhere else. I had spoken to Mike Arnoff the first time i had trouble and he did try to work with me and i was going to buy a new vehicle from you but after this engine mishap I'm done. You want to fix this? Get Kia to get the correct engine to Lake County brake and front end and get me back on the road!!! They have my car since i didn't trust your service department since i have the printout on things they said they fixed on the front end and a few days later i actually had it at my mechanic getting those things fixed. So they lied too. Since Kia knew there were problems with the 2012 engine that car should have never been on the lot in the first place. Believe me, i am looking for a new car but from now on will be researching any vehicle before i buy.
