Wrote a review on how unhappy I was with Ken Ganley Kia of mentor but took it down because the manager did try to work with me after I wrote the review and several phone calls. Drove the sportage for 30 days and the engine locked up on me. ( a problem Kia was aware of so I felt the car shouldn't even of been on there lot for sale) So after waiting 3 months for a new engine to come which was ordered by Ganley Kia, they sent the wrong engine. So I guess I'll be waiting forever for this car to get back on the road while I continue to make payments on a vehicle I can't drive! So from the day I purchased this car and drove it off the lot on 7/15/22 to today 10/20/22 I am still very, very unhappy. Stay away from Ken Ganley Kia of Mentor Ohio More

Wouldn’t waste my time…again!
