I have been extremely satisfied with Mentor Kia. Whether its an oil change or something minor like my door handle being broken, the staff have always been friendly. When I drop off my car the service people its an oil change or something minor like my door handle being broken, the staff have always been friendly. When I drop off my car the service people at the counter are great. I usually wait in the waiting room and alot of the staff will walk by and smile at your or say hi. You are made to feel like you matter. When I buy my cars from a dealership i prefer to take my cars to the dealership they were purchased at for all the work, I use to deal with a local dealership by me for my other vehicles and they are pretty rude and act like smart xxxxx and have talked down to me like I am stupid. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and coworkers. A few months ago I was in for an oil change and there was a customer being rude to the staff, when one of the staff appologized for the customers behavior to me. It's things like this that keep people coming back. More
