This is the 2nd Kia we have leased with Peggy Grinley. She is tops when it comes to sales personel. She knows us by first names, when we walk into the show room. It is amazing she can do this with the 100 She is tops when it comes to sales personel. She knows us by first names, when we walk into the show room. It is amazing she can do this with the 100's of people she must see. She always has a smile on her face. She works with us to get the deal we need, to lease a Kia. She feels like a member of the family, or a good friend. It's always a pleasure to recomend her to friends looking for a honest car dealership. Give them a try and you won't go any where else. This was my first car from a dealer lot, and the quality service, friendliness and just the overall experience was amazing. I was contacted right after filling out the contact information from a referring w service, friendliness and just the overall experience was amazing. I was contacted right after filling out the contact information from a referring website and within just minutes I received a call from Ely. From there we scheduled a test drive day and I just appreciate the service I received. I would most definitely highly recommend this dealer to anyone in search for cars because of the service I myself received. More

We are first time customers to both the Kia line of vehicles, as well as the dealership, Mentor Kia. We were very impressed with our sales representatives as noted above. We told the sales reps what vehicles, as well as the dealership, Mentor Kia. We were very impressed with our sales representatives as noted above. We told the sales reps what we were interested in and our financial parameters. The dealership had in stock the Optima EX, the color we liked and they asked to be notified 30 mins before arriving, as the vehicle would be ready for us to look at. After discussing and working with us, we bought our first Kia. We had heard many positive comments about this line of vehicles from friends and co-workers. This dealership from its show room to service department, was clean and made a nice first impression. We would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in the Kia line of vehicles. Thank you. This was my first time leasing a new car by myself and Katy made it so easy! I originally was hooked up with her from the website where she worked with me online by chatting about my options. I thought I was for sure going to go with the Optima, but after test driving the Forte, I found I liked that more. She showed me all the bells and whistles and worked with me every step of the way. She was very personable and gave me her cell which I very much appreciated when I had a mishap with the title of my car. I would highly recommend her! More

Was going on 2 weeks of shopping around. Sent in a few inquiries to dealers in my area. I got a video e-mail from their Internet guy Ryan. I thought that was so different. I ended up calling Ryan to get p inquiries to dealers in my area. I got a video e-mail from their Internet guy Ryan. I thought that was so different. I ended up calling Ryan to get prices and some info on a new optima. He got all the info I needed and set up a day for me to come in. Wasn't easy I live over a hour away from Mentor. Came in and met Ryan which got me with their best salesman Tom. He took me to see the car and did a wonderful job showing me all the technology these new cars have. Work out my price I needed from online and was in my new car that night. Thanks so much for my new car guys. Have a sister that needs a car soon too. More

I had the best car buying experience ever! From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove off in my new Optima. Tom, my salesperson greeted me right a way with a smile. I told him moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove off in my new Optima. Tom, my salesperson greeted me right a way with a smile. I told him I was interested in an Optima. They had a big selection and Tom explained all the different levels of Optimas they had. I was able to find the perfect one for me. After I found the right one for me the rest of the process went smooth. I definitely recommend going to Mentor Kia and having Tom as your salesperson. I love my new Optima!!!! More
