Recently purchased a car there. After deal was agreed they tried to get us to sign paperwork quickly so we wouldn't notice that it was not what we had worked out and agreed. They then tried to take back a rebate they offered as well as give us les for our trade-in than in the original deal agreed on. Customer service here in non-exsitent. The phone is always ringing without anyone answering. When you walk in the door, noone offers to help you. This is the 2nd car we have purchased there and we figured we would give them the benefit of the doubt after our first experience, but the 2nd time was even worse. More

They answered all of our questions, took the time to go over everything with us in detail and made us feel like we were a part of their family. We have never been in a more friendly atmosphere when purchasing a car. Mentor Kia gets 10 stars in all areas of this sale and we highly recommend their services to all of our family and friends.
