It took over 3 months to get my car back. I couldn’t get a loaner even when the car was stolen due to Kia’s negligence. I picked up my car and the interior was trashed and had a foul smell, w I couldn’t get a loaner even when the car was stolen due to Kia’s negligence. I picked up my car and the interior was trashed and had a foul smell, with the broken glass still inside, writing on the window and the rims so dirty that you think I had dark grey rims. I never experienced a claim like this before. This shows Kia only cares about the repairs and not me a a customer. It was ridiculous! More
