How are you supposed to hear my timing chain with said loud music in the shop blasting. How can anybody get any work done??? Not everybody likes blasting rap. I do. But it sounds horrible pulling into a dealership 8:00.... and what about the old folk customers that come in?? They don't like that crap. Nor do they like loud music at all. Not when you have to yell to your 'service advisor' that's about 20 years old (all of them) what your concerns are. Be respectful. Grandma and grandpa in their old Kia's don't want to hear it. Nor can the techs work with it or PROPERLY DIAGNOSE VEHICLES. I've worked at supreme dealerships, and am a tech myself. Not very proper or professional at ALL. No wonder you have a D- on BBB I'm honestly surprised it's not a F- You're horrible. Never get anything done I ask. Oh, how about my multi-point inspection that's listed on my R.O. twice... where's my copy?? That was never done. Guaranteed. And also my complimentary car wash, that was listed on my R.O. Never done ;) worst service I've ever in my life received from a dealership. It's a poor excuse for a dealership. Honestly. More
I took my van in for a recall. I was promptly noticed and checked my car in. Took less time than I thought it would. The last time my Sedona was serviced at this dealership I was promised a free oil change if I completed a survey. I did complete an online survey and submitted it. Today I was told I should have received a voucher and since I did not know that and Ganley never followed through to send me a voucher, I was charged. Someone there dropped the ball at my expense. Also, my 2021 Seltos was promised two free oil change at the time of purchase. When I went to get my second oil change they had no record of THIS free service either. This was because the dealership changed hands from Mentor Kia to Ganley. I was charged for this one also. Your inability to correctly handle paperwork is costing me money and false promises are not something to be respected. More

I called Ken Ganley Kia to check if a few models I was interested in were in stock, Zaid answered and was super helpful. When I arrived, the vehicles were already ready to test drive and Zaid was got ever interested in were in stock, Zaid answered and was super helpful. When I arrived, the vehicles were already ready to test drive and Zaid was got everything setup to go. When it came time to buy, everyone was super efficient and helpful getting the financing prepared and I was able to drive home shortly afterwards. More
