QUICK THE SERVICE DESK IS VERY HELPFUL - THE SERVICE SEEMS TO BE VERY QUICK GETTING THE WORK DONE. THE CAR WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN I GOT IT BACK FROM SERVICE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE AFTER SPENDING OVER 900 DOLLARS IF I AM READING THE BILL CORRECTLY IS THEY CHARGED ME 10 DOLLARS TO PUT ON WIPERS BLADES AND 10 DOLLARS TO CHANGE THE AIR FILTER I WOULD HAVE CHANGED IT MYSELF. THEY SHOULD BE UP FRONT ON CHARGES LIKE THAT. THAT THE ONLY REASON WHY I DID NOT GIVE THEM 5 STARS. More

Mentor Kia came through by fixing a faulty Kia engine design Broken crankshaft bolt required a new shortblock assembly.Cost in the thousands.Mentor Kia lobbied on my behalf and Kia replaced my damaged engine for Broken crankshaft bolt required a new shortblock assembly.Cost in the thousands.Mentor Kia lobbied on my behalf and Kia replaced my damaged engine for free.Even gave me a new car as a loner vehicle. The only complaint is I wish they had weekend service hours and one weekday where they stay open past 6pm.But Anthony Mazzocco the service director really came through for me.A+ More

underbody coating i received a letter from kia that they were doing free underbody coating on our model of car! Went in for that and found out we were eligible for a f i received a letter from kia that they were doing free underbody coating on our model of car! Went in for that and found out we were eligible for a free oil change also . As it turned out we were due for one so they did both. Their estimated wait time was 1- 1 1/2 hours but they finished up in 45 minutes. Great job Kia! More
