Had a full maintenance package included with my 4 year lease. Had to fight to get you guys to "find" it. Then was told my tire rotations weren't included. The woman had a poor attitude. Said my.sales guy lease. Had to fight to get you guys to "find" it. Then was told my tire rotations weren't included. The woman had a poor attitude. Said my.sales guy doesn't work there anymore, but he does. Then we were told that since the purchase, they're not grandfathering in anyone's purchase agreements(maintenance packages, etc.) I was offered the package because I had a poor experience with a salesman my previous time there leasing a vehicle. I would rather pay for my oil changes elsewhere than to deal with you again. Mentor Kia was way better before purchased by Ken Ganley. More

I understand that there has recently been a change of ownership. An appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my appointment and I fail to understand why this woul ownership. An appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my appointment and I fail to understand why this would take 1 hour and 55 minutes?!?! This is totally unacceptable to me as a customer! Yesterday I went to Tire discount for an appointment with them to purchase and install 4 new tires which they performed in 40 minutes! Can you understand why I’m not pleased with Ganley Kia’s service performance? My time is valuable and I don’t feel Kia service department gets that fact with their inefficient time management with customer service. More
