Had a full maintenance package included with my 4 year lease. Had to fight to get you guys to "find" it. Then was told my tire rotations weren't included. The woman had a poor attitude. Said my.sales guy More

This dealership service Department needs much better time management to improve customer service. I don’t appreciate having to wait 1 hr. 55 minutes on an oil change and tire rotation when I have a scheduled appointment for services.
