Great experience minus the added warranties at the end. The timing is awful and with all the new gadgets added to these cars nowadays there is fear of the unknown. Should be included. Ken Ganley Kia will promise you anything to sell a car! I purchased my vehicle here after my previous one was flooded by hurricane Milton. Upon purchase, I was promised free car washes and free oil changes I purchased my vehicle here after my previous one was flooded by hurricane Milton. Upon purchase, I was promised free car washes and free oil changes for the term of my lease. I live in Largo. This morning I drove all the way to New Port Richey for a free oil change only to be told that I didn’t purchase a service contract so I won’t be receiving free oil changes. Apparently, when I purchased the vehicle I was supposed to know to ask for a “we owe” document that included the free oil changes. To be fair, they did offer to cover today’s oil change. However, refuse to honor the promise made. I was also promised a free tank of gas after my first oil change but I didn’t even bring that up. This dealership is full of liars. I will never spend another dime at any Ken Ganley dealership! More
