Charged me for an oil change on my brand new car that only has 3800 miles, I was told oil changes are recommended every 6 months or 5,000 miles whatever comes first. Apparently did my oil change in Decem only has 3800 miles, I was told oil changes are recommended every 6 months or 5,000 miles whatever comes first. Apparently did my oil change in December at 1600 miles, left dealership with no documentation stating an oil change was done. Called friendly Kia and spoke with a man (not sure his name) and asked why they did an oil change at 1600 miles. Told me they shouldn’t have done one and that my next oil change should be free. Went in last week and was charged for my oil change at 3800 miles. More
