My wife and I happened to visit friendly Kia on Thursday, March 5, 2020 We had been scheduled to speak with a manager (Don Mullins). However we were greeted by a sales consultant by the name of Joe Slater March 5, 2020 We had been scheduled to speak with a manager (Don Mullins). However we were greeted by a sales consultant by the name of Joe Slater and when we explained the primary purpose of us visiting the dealership he did take us in to meet the manager. We explained that we were strictly there to get an impression of the dealership and of a particular product line. We then were turned over to Joe and we proceeded interviewing himWith questions regarding The Kia telluride. In talking with Joe he came across very friendly and in a very professional manner upfront but not confrontative he definitely exemplified the name of the dealership that being very friendly I assume that he is a valued member of this dealership I highly recommend that if anybody has questions regarding product line at this dealership that they seek out Joe. Thanks again for the pleasant and beneficial visit. More

Oil change and inspection of brales front. My appointment for 2:30 pm on March 2nd and I was a little early they quickly took my key and invited me in. I ask for the tech to inspect the front b My appointment for 2:30 pm on March 2nd and I was a little early they quickly took my key and invited me in. I ask for the tech to inspect the front brakes and or steering for a vibration when braking issue and then I went to look at vehicles for a secondary vehicle upgrade. I was through with the sales department by 3:30 and my car was not ready and waiting until after 4:30 pm. I paid my bill at 4:47 at the cashier. Friendly Kia is very Friendly. I won't spend almost 3 hours like this again. I felt worn out. More
