Undatisfying experience Brought car in for cruise control not working, they couldn’t duplicate the issue which I understand if you can’t duplicate it then you can’t fix it, t Brought car in for cruise control not working, they couldn’t duplicate the issue which I understand if you can’t duplicate it then you can’t fix it, that’s how it works all the time. They claimed they drove it multiple times in the 3 days that they had it and still couldn’t duplicate the issue. I go to pick it up and drove off the lot, 10 miles down the road cruise control quits working... and on top of that they knew what time I was going to be there to pick it up and still had it sitting in the shop, didn’t get a complimentary wash/clean or anything. By the time I got an answer from anybody I was over it and got out of there. The employee I dealt with (Harry) didn’t seem very helpful and quite frankly didn’t seem like he wanted to help or even be there. Either way it will be a while until I take my car back to Friendlys. More

Quick n easy I arrived at 4:30 pm in need of a good car for my new job. That was not the case here. The staff was friendly, hence the name 😁, professional and knowledgable. We did not feel pressured into buying anything. Our salesman, Don Smith, was a joy to work with. There was no back & forth with prices, ..no manager to talk to to get the best price. When it came time to sign the paperwork we worked with Tony in finance who explained every step and every piece of paper, which there was plenty of, before we signed on the dotted line. Overall our experience was a pleasant one. More
