BEWARE VERY DISAPPOINTED/UPDATE BELOW! !! We started negotiating several hours ago after we found their 2026 Kia Sorento X-Line EX on Autotrader. I sent the pic of the Autotrader ad to the !! We started negotiating several hours ago after we found their 2026 Kia Sorento X-Line EX on Autotrader. I sent the pic of the Autotrader ad to the sales rep and after verifying she sent a text stating they would honor the Autotrader sale price which was their dealer discount minus the $2500 Kia cash rebate plus their doc fee/tax/tite/tag. I then worked out e signing as an option since we live 5+ hours one way to close today since it's the end of the month. I then text the Autotrader pic one final time to make sure no issues on the sell price before moving forward and then got the dreaded text that oops the pricing was not correct on Autotrader so the sell price went up by $2500.00 which was the Kia cash/finance rebate that should have been taken off as well as their dealer discount. I responded back asking given the clear text she sent confirming the sell price mgmt. made a mistake and she claimed the Autotrader disclaimer which I then countered back she should have invoked that before texting the honoring of the sell price we had verified several times previously I am a Sales Mgr and would honor such a very serious error, but they are not willing to so SAD to say the least!!! I reached back out after they responded to my post. The GM was on vaca and was told by Crystal they wouldn't honor the sell price that was very clear on the text I provided but would cut the doc fee in half which was unacceptable given again the extremely clear text.
