After walking the lot over an hour looking at cars/suvs nobody bothered us, this was kind of nice to look on our own. After looking went to Westly Chapel to KIA, we got assisted right away and offered to s nobody bothered us, this was kind of nice to look on our own. After looking went to Westly Chapel to KIA, we got assisted right away and offered to show cars. Sales person gave a ton of info and a test drive. They had what we’re looking for but not our choice of color. The next day we went back to Ken and attempted to talk to a sales lady that approached us and we explained what we were looking for. We were instantly shot down and informed for a hitch we would want to go some where other than the dealer. That was the end of the conversation, nothing to offer to show what they had or an offer what they could do. Put off by this we drove 45 minutes to go back to Wesley Chapel and bought a new KIA Telluride wasn’t the color we wanted but couldn’t pass the deal, Glad Ken Ganley has so many customers that they can just brush off buyers. I’ll be referring any friends to Wesley Chapel. Sorry Ken Ganley you lost my business. More
