Purchasing a new car is on my top ten lists of fresh xxxx. Love the car, Alyssa could not have been more personable. A sales agent who can change personalities to fit the customer is certainly a talent worth having in the business world. I hope her career lasts until my butt stops hurting, and I am ready for another reaming. In all seriousness, I would return to this dealership, in fact it was my second purchase of a Nissan. I really like my first purchase, a 2013 Altima, but the transmission Gods thought I needed a different car, so I purchased the Rogue SV Midnight edition. I am getting older and shrinking, so I thought it was time to buy something I could get in and out of easier. My Altima sometimes made me feel as though I was being dragged behind the car in front of me. I will return to this dealership over and over ( mostly for the free car wash) and I would encourage others to give them a try. More

Being in my third trim After a bad experience at another dealership in the area, my husband started searching for a Nissan Rogue SV for me on his own. Being in my third trimester of pregnancy, he didn't want to have me step foot into another dealership unless he knew we were getting what we wanted. He had a great experience with Alyssa picking out our Rogue and when we both came back a few days later to finalize everything, Alyssa and her co-workers were great! Everyone here was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! More
Bad experience I went to Ganley and bought a used car on a Saturday. I had a co-signer and we had gotten to the point of signing all the paperwork but was missing pr I went to Ganley and bought a used car on a Saturday. I had a co-signer and we had gotten to the point of signing all the paperwork but was missing proof of residency for my co-signer. The finance guy said okay Just bring it on Sunday, the next day, and I’ll send the paperwork to the bank as well as the rest of my down payment. I only put down $250 of the $500 at the time of signing. Very nice of them to let me leave without paying the full downpayment or having the proof of residency.. well fast forward to Monday. I didn’t get a chance to go back on Sunday because all utility bills for my co-signer had a different address than what was on the loan papers and by Monday I had seen a new car on the lot I’d rather have. So I called and asked if it would be possible to amend the paperwork and get the other vehicle. Well the finance guy goes on to say NO! He already sent the paperwork to the bank and there was nothing to be done . Same said my salesman and his manager, or so he said. Well I questioned why he’d send the paperwork with out 1. Verifying the documents for proof of residency and 2. Not having my entire downpayment.. I didn’t want to take business elsewhere I just wanted to switch cars if possible before the deal was done.. they’re not allowing that because they’d already sent in the paperwork. The finance guy accused me of both threatening and also blackmailing him.. in trying to apologize for the miscommunication, hetold me to call my salesman and hung up! Again my salesman is telling me to finish paying my downpayment because there is nothing to be done, because the finance guy jumped the gun. More

They went above and beyond to check out the vehicle during a service appointment when it wasn’t even on the books. They all impressed me more than I ever expected! I will certainly be back and buy again from Ganley Mayfield Nissan! More

I opted to wait for my vehicle to be finished. I had some great conversations with Brian and Alyssa .. both are amazing people and rock at their jobs !. Before I knew it my car was done and ready to go . I was shocked it was done so fast . Thankful for Mayfield nissan ! They make everything to-do with buying or leasing a car so stress free and easy. I will recommend to anyone who is considering a new car. Mayfield nissan is the place to go . More
