Needs improvement It was very difficult to schedule for my airbag recall. No calls were returned. Online scheduling didn't work. I gave up for a while but then was pest It was very difficult to schedule for my airbag recall. No calls were returned. Online scheduling didn't work. I gave up for a while but then was pestered to try again, at which point I was asked why I didn't do this earlier. When I came in, it was unclear where to go. The service was quick, but no one updated the info in the system, so I had to explain why I was there and what was being done. And even though the airbags have been fixed, I still get mail and messages to bring my car in. I'm disappointed over the whole experience, as communication seems to be a definite problem here. On the bright side, while in the waiting room, everyone I met was nice and helpful. More
