Asked to fix my key which was on recall and it was not addressed. Told to make an appointment for a later date. Gave coupon and was partially used but manager corrected after going over invoice. They also charge a 2% surcharge on credit cards which is frustrating when you have expensive maintenance done on your car. They were apologetic but this is not the first time miscommunication and oversight has happened at this location. More

I got what I came for but had to double check with the person at the service desk.
