They are Awesome!! I came in and had an Appt. They took my car in right away. I needed Brakes and Rotors. they fixed the car in about 2 hours. I brought my 2014 Nissan Altima SL in for servicing on 10/6 at 8:00am due to transmission related issues. I was on time for my appointment, checked in, made the service tech aware of my issues and was tol 10/6 at 8:00am due to transmission related issues. I was on time for my appointment, checked in, made the service tech aware of my issues and was told I would receive a call once they had a chance to get it in and take a look. At approx 4:00pm I called the service department because I hadn't heard back from anyone at that point. During that phone call I was told that I likely needed a transmission replacement and was quoted a cost of anywhere between $3,500 and $4,500 which is typical. However, since the analysis was not complete, the service tech would need to keep my vehicle overnight and I would receive an official quote in the morning. The overnight request was odd to me considering no repairs were being performed, just an analysis of the problem. The next morning around 11:00am I contacted the service department and was quoted a price of $6,200 for the transmission replacement, which I respectfully declined. The fact that I had to contact the service department twice to obtain the status of my vehicle and the astronomical quote I was given without justification, I can’t see myself returning to this establishment or recommending it To anyone. More
