Ken Ganley Nissan Mayfield - Service Center

First time I've ever questioned if I,over many years and 5 Nissans, if this is my service shop of preference Unless like past years experiences, where I felt like a valued customer of Nissan, I felt like I 5 Nissans, if this is my service shop of preference Unless like past years experiences, where I felt like a valued customer of Nissan, I felt like I was meeting with a deceptive salesman. When I was told I would have to pay for rubber around wheel well I stated car was under warranty. I then was told it had to be determined if it was my fault. I then relayed that two of my friends had the same issue (friends I had referred to Nissan and even recommended this service department over ones they were using). I then was told that I needed new tires. I stated that I have never had to replace tires even at the end of my 45,000 mile leases and thus far only had 20,000. I was told that they sell better tires than Nissan puts on their cars. I hope that Nissan has not resulted to putting subpar tires on to make more money I was told I would receive a call the next day when part came in. A week later I called and was told the part was in. More
