Michael was very nasty towards me when I complained that I had honked three times (and really laid on the horn) before someone finally opened the garage door. He complained that he did not hear me and that I had honked three times (and really laid on the horn) before someone finally opened the garage door. He complained that he did not hear me and that he was by himself and he can't do everything. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I heard someone honk to open the door and when I told Michael, he said he's busy and can't do everything. Another person waited on me and I told him that I would not be back to this dealership. I will not tolerate this kind of treatment. This dealership lost my business. More
