Customer Service at its Best! I needed to replace my car immediately, so I took a chance and walked into the dealership. I was immediately greeted by Dale Mencke. He was so friendl I needed to replace my car immediately, so I took a chance and walked into the dealership. I was immediately greeted by Dale Mencke. He was so friendly & courteous, and a really down to earth kinda guy that I forgot this was a sales transaction!! He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I knew everything about the cars I was looking at. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me a car. And the great part, I was in & out the dealership with my new car in a matter of 3 hours!! That is AWESOME!!!! More
