Mgr saved face by offering it on the house and next one free but after that, and since nearing my 70K extended warranty, won't be coming back. (Paperwork appears someone - Chris? - entered my 'promised by' time at 3hr after arrival rather than 'customer waiting'.) When someone enters the office area an employee should not ignore them just cuz they're not directly assisting. They should acknowledge all customers and let them know someone will be with them just as soon as they can. You make a customer feel like crap, they share that word of mouth and they don't come back. More

I had a bit of a wait but was kept informed the whole time Jennifer who took care of me did an excellent job of informing me what was happening with my car.
