Greg is fantastic. He's not pushy or "salesy". I've had some rough experiences with car salesmen, including at Ganley. Now I will only work with Greg, so I'll be screwed if he ever leaves! He's respectful and doesn't make me feel like a poor person when he looks at my credit and student loan debt. The service department staff are also really great. Jasmine is who I remember since she sends texts but I've worked with other service team members and all have been really kind.

Buying a car can be a difficult process. If you get the wrong sales person it's really bad. We got a nice young man (DJ) at Mazda and the process was actually fun. The loan process was also very pleasant. The car is amazing. Lots of things to learn to use. The ride is comfortable. The engine is very powerful. My buddys wife bought a Subaru. Nice car, but not this nice. He's jealous.

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.
