I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was prompt and I assume it was done correctly. However, the sensor within the car that tells me it's time for an oil change was not reset. service was prompt and I assume it was done correctly. However, the sensor within the car that tells me it's time for an oil change was not reset. I rely on this sensor to alert me when it is time to change the oil. I called twice to speak with service about it and left a message both times. No one returned my calls. Also, I received an email request from Ganley's Customer Care Specialist to which I replied with my problem and he has yet to respond. The dealership location is not convenient to my home, so I am just asking for instructions on how to reset the sensor myself. Why is it so difficult to respond to me????? More

I was pleased but I was very pleased with the timing and the completion of the service for recall However, someone turned off my radio, turned off my heating/AC cont I was very pleased with the timing and the completion of the service for recall However, someone turned off my radio, turned off my heating/AC controls and also my light switch settings. For sure my seat was pushed far from the position I use. I understand that for the repairs all these items needed to be off but as a courtesy they should have put back where they were when I drove in the car to the service bay. Thank you More
