Confusing I came to see the Subaru Ascent which, according to the website, were available and in stock. The one that was brought around for me to see was the s I came to see the Subaru Ascent which, according to the website, were available and in stock. The one that was brought around for me to see was the sales manager's vehicle, which had two car seats in the back, hats and other "stuff" on the floor, and was just dirty. The sales person spent time explaining every knob and feature, but I never drove the vehicle, and obviously, wasn't able to judge anything about space in the back seat. There was no real explanation for why this was the vehicle I was shown - it didn't look like the dealership was more than moderately busy. The sales person did apologize several times for how the vehicle looked, but it certainly wasn't a good experience. I was brought there by a VW sales person - Ruben Rojas (who was fantastic, by the way). He was the one who recommended the Ascent; I had never considered it before he brought it to my attention. (I ended-up buying an Alfa Romeo, which he recommended too!) More

Mike Bryson is all-around great! It had been about 8 years since I purchased a car from a dealership. Since I'm a "shopper", beginning a few weeks ago I ventured out into the car-buyi It had been about 8 years since I purchased a car from a dealership. Since I'm a "shopper", beginning a few weeks ago I ventured out into the car-buying world in search of a great and fair deal along with hopes of finding a salesperson who was genuinely knowledgeable and kind. Fortunately I found that and more when meeting Mike Bryson. I went to Ganley Subaru Bedford first and then shopped around town (and actually a few hours south of town) to find the right vehicle. So, full circle - back around to Ganley Bedford where everything worked out as I hoped it would thanks to Mike. If you work with him, you won't feel the high pressure that might be possible elsewhere. Mike will do his very best for you, and he'll respond to your questions and concerns quickly. Jenn is so helpful and together, what a great team! I'm thankful for this positive experience and can't recommend Mike and Jenn highly enough. More
Failed repairs In October / November 2019, I complained of no heat and no air through vents. The heater core was replaced and in the days thereafter, the heat was L In October / November 2019, I complained of no heat and no air through vents. The heater core was replaced and in the days thereafter, the heat was Luke warm. On January 13, the blower motor failed to work. I presented the car again to the dealer on January 15th. Later advised blower motor and air doors needed replacement and agreed to the work being done. On Jan 29th, my vehicle was returned to me. I drove from Bedford to downtown Cleveland and the car did not heat up. Rather luke warm air on the drivers side and cold air on the passenger side. I called the dealer and was schedule to return the vehicle on Feb.4th. I called the dealer back on Jan 30th and requested to bring the car in now as I cannot drive the car. Each day this car is out of commission cost me money. During the span of Jan 15 thru 29th, I did not have a loaner car. On Jan 30th, I was provided a loaner. It is and has been my observation dating back to October 2019, this dealership at all levels appears to be in utter chaos as an organization. Sales, Service Advisors and Service Techs are missing in action. Not at all a happy customer. More
