The sales associate, Howard, assured me the car passed service and he inspected it also (looking for items I had describe). I arrive at the dealership, purchase, and begin my drive home. In the city of Sandusky (about halfway between my home and the dealership) I begin to hear a loud rattling noise.. coming from under the center of the vehicle. I am not sure what it is as I am not a mechanic. I knew enough to check the wheels and wheel wells to look for obstructions, I saw none. I ended up having the vehicle towed back to my home. Reached out to Ganley management, Joe Scott (used car manager) was obliging at first. Asked if I had a mechanic to take it to.. so I took it to a Chrysler dealership, the problem was a heat shield that had rusted loose and was vibrating. That was easy... however, that is when the continuing nightmare began. The mechanic doing the inspection noticed a missing boot sleeve off of the front drive axle. Grease has been spewing all over under there for some time (evidenced by the dried grease, dirt covering the dried grease, fresh grease on top of that. When that grease runs out, the wheels will not turn... a safety issue! What if that happened during a turn in an intersection? On the turnpike or expressway? Ganley DID cover the cost of that. However, the whole time they made it appear as if they were 'doing me a favor'... which indicates they sell garbage vehicles and then 'you're on your own'. What boggles my mind is that Pete Kash (gm) even stated to me in email that my vehicle had a 1 month power train warranty.... well, that boot sleeve is part of the axle and axle is part of the power train... so they weren't 'really' doing me anything but fulfilling their end of the agreement there. Next problem is the HVAC system. I just discovered this problem 2 weeks ago. The vent seems to be stuck on defrost with a very minute trickle coming out of the face vents. The feet do not have anything coming out other than cold winter air. After researching online the solution 'might' be an actuator.. which I changed out but had no effect. So, I am permanently stuck in defrost mode with cold winter air coming in the feet area while driving. There is a piece broken off the rear wiper housing that allows water to seep into the motor area which will eventually cause failure... and just today, my door locks are not continuously locking themselves. While I am driving, parked, have the key out of the ignition. When I got home, I disconnected the battery, let the system reset itself, then reconnected the battery. After about 1 minute or so, the doors started locking themselves. I disconnected the battery again so that the locking motors wouldn't wear themselves out. So now I have an unsafe vehicle that Ganley REFUSES to do anything further about. I haven't even had it a month, had problems right out of the gate, and less than 1,000 miles I put on it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE staff. General manager, Pete Kash sent me a reply to my emails, "car has a 30 day power train warranty". Well PETE, I haven't even HAD IT 30 DAYS! He goes on to state his sales manager has already invested "$837 for goodwill".... really? It was goodwill you sold me a lemon? Goodwill you sold me an UNSAFE VEHICLE? I will be pursuing legal action! ******** DO NOT BUY FROM and DO NOT TRUST THEM ********** During initial conversations, Joe stated he thinks he has 'the best mechanic in Eastern Ohio'.... I sure hope not Joe, either your mechanic didn't check anything or he checked it and thought it was 'good enough'. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP More

Joe Walker does it again with an Alfa Romeo I was in the market for a European Crossover SUV. I have bought several cars from Joe Walker over the years so I checked out his inventory. The leas I was in the market for a European Crossover SUV. I have bought several cars from Joe Walker over the years so I checked out his inventory. The lease payments on the Alpha Romeo were hundreds less than comparable BMW's and Audi's. I visited the dealership and received the red carpet treatment. I test drove the car over a weekend and went back to sign the lease the following Monday. The car is great and the purchasing experience was quick and easy. More
