He is a gem! When I bought my Subaru I purchased the extra policy for protection of the seat fabrics. I had requested some cleaning of the front seats at this visit. Getting the spots on my front seats removed was very effective but was slow, however. It extended a visit of about 2-2.5 hours to 4 hours because my car had to be driven to and from a different location and there were not enough personnel to do it quickly. The Christmas music I had to listen to while my car was being serviced was antiquated and pretty much ghastly! More

Started off bad but the outcome was good! While driving my Forster oil light came on, returned home and I checked the oil stick twice and the oil stick was dry. Had my vehicle serviced 6 weeks While driving my Forster oil light came on, returned home and I checked the oil stick twice and the oil stick was dry. Had my vehicle serviced 6 weeks ago for oil change. Vehicle was towed to the dealer. Received call from service department that my vehicle was done. When I picked up my car, it was explained to me one of two things happened. One the vehicle was burning oil at 24,000 miles or two when the technician was filling didn't fill it all the way. Vehicle was towed Saturday morning 11/23/19 and was ready for p/u in the afternoon. Customer service did make sure the vehicle was looked at right away and didn't have to wait until Monday morning. Thank You! More

Reminded me I needed 30,000 mile service at check in, and, after Jennifer quickly and efficiently checked in my car. Did oil change and tire rotation. Reminded me I needed 30,000 mile service at check in, and, after work was done, she said I needed brakes as they were very worn, and to please make appointment as soon as possible. Jen also quoted prices so I knew what to expect. She was very pleasant throughout my entire experience at Ganley Bedford. More

On my 4th try I called a salesman who followed up and I receive a return call. While the phone operator was very good every call passed to the service dept. rang and range and rang! Finally someone called me back. I only wanted to have my car serviced ! Hopefully, this poor communications service will be corrected. I do like my car! More
