Poor communicatuins ! The service provided on my car good. HOWEVER; Making an appointment and the phone answering trying to talk to the serve dept. was TERRIBLE. On my 4th try I called a salesman who followed up and I receive a return call. While the phone operator was very good every call passed to the service dept. rang and range and rang! Finally someone called me back. I only wanted to have my car serviced ! Hopefully, this poor communications service will be corrected. I do like my car! More
