My new Impreza Sport is by far the best car I've ever owned or driven, and I could have bought it at any Subaru dealership, but I will be forever grateful that I was introduced to Mike Bryson. Rip-off pricing for TPMS synch Overall I was happy with the visit. The price I was quoted on the phone included tire rotation. I told them no need to rotate since I'm a Goodyear employee and manage my tires myself. I had just put my winter tires on the car. I assumed the rotation, which I declined, would include a TPMS synch up but I was charged $55 just for the TPMS thing. So I guess the policy is that if you own two sets of wheels you have to pay $110/year for the privilege. Also, I was promised 60-90 minutes but I was there for a full 2 hours. More
I called this dealership about a car they had on their lot. I spoke to McKayla on the phone, and she seemed perfectly nice answering our questions, and even told me that when we come look at the car, that lot. Naturally we wanted to, since we’d already explained the situation once, there wasn’t a need to explain it again. However when we got there, McKayla was nowhere to be found. We ended up being helped by someone else who was terrific, but only at the expense of an inconvenience. We just don’t like walking in somewhere with expectations and not receiving them. More
