Rip-off pricing for TPMS synch Overall I was happy with the visit. The price I was quoted on the phone included tire rotation. I assumed the rotation, which I declined, would include a TPMS synch up but I was charged $55 just for the TPMS thing. So I guess the policy is that if you own two sets of wheels you have to pay $110/year for the privilege. Also, I was promised 60-90 minutes but I was there for a full 2 hours. More
I called this dealership about a car they had on their lot. Naturally we wanted to, since we’d already explained the situation once, there wasn’t a need to explain it again. However when we got there, McKayla was nowhere to be found. We ended up being helped by someone else who was terrific, but only at the expense of an inconvenience. We just don’t like walking in somewhere with expectations and not receiving them. More

When the time came I reached out to Mike by email to get the ball rolling. Next thing I knew I had a new 2019 Crosstrek. It was the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car.
