Great experience Started coming to Ganley Subaru of Bedford service department when I moved to the area and was impressed! During one of my service visits Jodi, the cashier, gave me Mike Bryson's card for future reference when I was ready to trade up. When the time came I reached out to Mike by email to get the ball rolling. Next thing I knew I had a new 2019 Crosstrek. It was the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. I just went home with my 4th or 5th Outback through Mike at Ganley Subaru of Bedford. Even though Mike knows I will get an Outback in the end he goes on numerous test drives and goes through all the features of the vehicles. Not once have I ever felt pressured to buy or that he needed to be with other customers. What better way to say how awesome Mike is than to say our family alone has returned and trusted him through over 20 vehicles. We continue to recommend Mike to family and friends knowing they will receive the best attention from someone who really knows Subaru and will take the time to answer all their questions or concerns.
