He made the entire process pleasant and we felt that we had a more-than-thorough explanation of all the features of our new Outback. Jen was terrific on the test drives that we did. Singling out one individual is usually an unfair exercise, as literally everyone there has been terrific. But Jennifer Leeds really continues to go the extra mile for her customers (and in a very good way, she sees them as "her" customers - not arrogantly and never over any of her colleagues; she genuinely sees everyone to whom she provides service as a personal relationship). She'll always reach out with information as quickly as she's given the information herself, and will make sure that the customer understands what's going on with his/her vehicle - while never "dumbing down" any of the situation. She's superbly knowledgeable about the industry and about the vehicles, but there's never a sense that she's padding her information. It obviously helps to have the product itself be of quality; but the people behind the product need to be just as excellent. She is. More

I was told to wait an approximate time of an hour at the customer lounge that's equipped with everything that you need. Oil change was done little bit before the hour and everything went smooth. Brought my WRX for a Check engine light. Jennifer Checked me very quickly and professionally. I requested an rental car, since i had to get to work asap. Jennifer release me with my car checked in and with the rental in less then 20 min. Overall I had a great experience at this dealership and i'd definitely keep coming back here for future services and purchases. The staff at the service department is always helpful and caring! My first Subaru purchase was very bad and Ganley Subaru of Beford definitely repaired Subaru's image for me! Thank you, Happy Customer! More

If you ever want to know anything about a Subaru or any other cars he sells, Mike is your guy. He is definitely on top of his game. I have spoken to Mike a few times in the years about different scenarios. He always has a great outlook on what is the best option for the customer and their family. I will always come back to Mike and send anyone I know to him for his great service. It truly shows when you are in the dealer and you see his interactions with other employees and customers. Why buy a Subaru from Mike Bryson? You can usually tell how your experience at a new car dealership will go, from the smile of the person you have an appointment with. Ours was with Mi You can usually tell how your experience at a new car dealership will go, from the smile of the person you have an appointment with. Ours was with Mike Bryson, recommendation from a neighbor. Our intentions were to 'look' at the Foresters and to sit in one and then, go look at a Mercury. Forty minutes later, this guy was giving me goosebumps with his knowledge and with the way information was presented. Regardless of how many questions asked and how often I interrupted him, he had an answer and it all related to safety, performance, and style. Two hours after we arrived, we plunked down a check for 2019 Forester Limited and walked out knowing we did the right thing with the right person. Did we feel pressured? No way. Were we happy with who we worked with? Seriously? He doesn't know it yet, but I put a tracker in his shoe. We are not losing sight of this guy, he's that good. At one point I interrupted him and said, I'll take two. On delivery day, Mike knew we had a time frame we needed to stay in. We all know how this goes at the dealership. You NEVER get what you want in terms of wanting to get out of there. Mike told us, 30 minutes tops Robert and you will be on your way. Well, it was more like 90 minutes and it was because WE kept asking questions. Mike's patience, knowledge, and overall passion for what he does radiates more than his red hair. He simply blew us away. Oh, and the car? Yeah, more than we thought it was going to feel like and drive. This is our first Subaru, and just might be the only make we ever drive going forward. Twice now I've opened the door to the garage and called my wife saying, honey come look. When she arrives with a puzzled face, I point to the car and say, Mike did that. Mike Bryson, THANK YOU for your passion. You truly made an experience I normally hate, fun. More
