Purchased a 2015 subaru forester I dealt with Mike Bryson. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Mike went above and beyond his duties a sales person. Went over every feature that the car has and took his time to really explain everything. If I didn't understand something, then he went over it again. Two cars in one week Bryson is just awesome. This was the 2nd car I bough through him at Ganley. I went in not really knowing what I was looking for and left with a bran Bryson is just awesome. I went in not really knowing what I was looking for and left with a brand new Subaru Crosstreck that I am absolutely in love with and really didn’t think was possible at the time. He’s so laid back and real and really just wants to make you happy with your purchase. Yes he’s a salesman, the point is that he doesn’t feel like one! I brought my mother to him 2 days later to finally buy a new Volkswagen Beetle convertible that she had been lusting after forever. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile so much. Great service at the Service Dept. I had to get a new compressor for the air conditioning in my Forester. Joe Emanuele in the service department at Ganley's Subaru was so helpful. They were very, very busy, particularly with air conditioning problems on these hot summer days, but he immediately recommended that I receive a complimentary loaner car and leave my car overnight. He called with the diagnosis the same late afternoon and had it ready by 10am the next morning. The service was excellent, and the problem resolved. Thank you! More
