Mike was very personable and sincere with us and made us feel at ease. After listening to what vehicle we wanted, Mike took us on an Outback safari. My wife ended up with a black Outback Ltd. with black interior. I had never had such a wonderful car buying experience as the one provided by Mike Bryson. Every step was explained to us in detail, no questions unanswered. Mike had extensive knowledge of his product and eplained everything. I have had over 12 car buying experiences and none of them came close to the excellence Mike provided. Mike dealt with us and another customer and her sister without neglecting us. The level of professionalism and attention he gave us was the best I have personally experienced in any sales setting! I was so impressed with his easy going yet professional handling of our visit that I came back for a green Outback Ltd. of my own! The Subaru Outback has a reputation as a high value vehicle that it could easily sell itself, but with such fine people representing the brand, it is in a class of it’s own. While nowhere near the price of other vehicles I’ve owned or shopped for, it is the best of them. After Mike handed us off to Alana for the paperwork, we had the same level of customer service. I could not believe it that Alana was just as personable and professional as Mike! I will be recommending Subaru and more specifically, Ganley Subaru of Bedford to all my friends.
