When we got back from the test drive we went through the paperwork process and Michael and Larry Borro did the impossible to get me in the car and after they told me how much I would need for a down payment and them finding a bank that would work with me 2 days later I walked out with my 2017 Wrx. I met Mike, and I instantly trusted him. He treated me as a person, and he was not your stereotypical salesman. He took his time, and he earned my trust. Because of Mike and Subaru, my sister and brother-in-law also purchased Subaru’s from Mike. Six years later, I wanted a new car just because, not for a particular reason. I had a conversation with my sister that I didn’t know if I wanted another Subaru or something else. It came down to buying a car from Mike or buying something else. I decided that I trust Mike, so I bought another Subaru. Not only am I in love with my new Forester, but once again Mike earned my trust implicitly. He spent a lot of time teaching me about the features, options and technology of my new car. I love it! His assistant, Jenn, was also very pleasant and helpful. Ganley Subaru Bedford has a well-functioning team! The color that I want wasn't in stock, but they managed to locate one for me in less than 1 week. I am very pleased!
