The atmosphere was bright and cheery, and I felt like a priority--the excitement was high! However, I guess I should back up because my engagement with the dealership began a few days before this first visit. After browsing online a bit, I decided to chat with Joe Walker. Over the next couple of days Joe and I went back and forth many, many times fine tuning his understanding of what my wants and needs were--style, function and budget. He was readily available for any questions I had about different cars, and throughout the process I learned a lot; I truly feel that he knew what was best for me because of the time he took to get to know me. Joe worked REALLY hard to find a super deal for me, despite some tricky financial circumstances on my end. And I mean, he ran all sorts of cars with all sorts of financing options--in other words, he dedicated a large amount of time on finding me an excellent car. Because of Joe, I am now driving around in a 2017 Subaru Impreza Hatchback and couldn't be happier (neither could the rest of the family)! Joe is a very authentic and patient, and you can't help but feel like he cares about you and the car you buy. He took me over to the Subaru lot to test drive, and as he introduced me to his coworkers it was apparent how respected he is by his peers. Everyone at Ganley seems like a big family, and they treated me like family too. I will probably never buy a car anywhere else. Joe's a gem, and anyone looking for a no pressure, quality car buying experience should go see him--tell him Gina sent you! ;) More

Never again! I took my Subaru in for service and a nail was found in my tire during the inspection. I was told by service that my tire could not be repaired. The n I took my Subaru in for service and a nail was found in my tire during the inspection. I was told by service that my tire could not be repaired. The nail was about an inch and 1/2 in from the sidewall, I was told that it was too close to the sidewall to be fixed and that I would need to buy a new tire for $250. After speaking with the tech who worked on my vehicle who gave me a major attitude I told them that I would take my vehicle elsewhere. I took my Subaru to a tire shop who informed me that the nail did not puncture my tire, they simply pulled it out in seconds and did not charge me a dime for it. As you could imagine I was furious and I will never return to Subaru of Bedford Ohio again. More
Never Again This place lost my business after being treated like an idiot by one guy in service. After telling this place about issues I was having with my car, they brushed off every issue with the most idiotic reasons that only a person without a head would believe! After a call to the manager Mike, I was told he'll look into what I told him about my service and my treatment, and that I would get a call back. No call obviously. This whole experience was expressed in my email to Subaru of America. Few weeks later the cars been traded and I bought from Ganley Subaru East over in Wickliffe, couldn't have been happier with my new dealer and car! More

The salesman was OK, Jimmy C, from there it went down fast. We had pricing from Edmunds for different Subaru dealers around the area, their price was decent but we wanted to see if they would match another dealer. The salesman gave a price and then we asked if he could match Park Subaru's price, well that's when Jeff Rosen got involved, of course the Park Subaru quote was at their "invoice" and they would make any money on it, hahaha. a close friend of ours happen to be next to us and they told us about getting the truecar price and I told him about Edmonds and getting quotes from other dealers. I mentioned about Park Subaru, supposedly someone heard us talking about this, Jeff Rosen came back and said they would not deal with us because we talked about other pricing in his showroom, so you can leave!!!. Flabbergasted at this treatment - I called my friend, who was going to buy their car from them, told him about Jeff Rosen, he said I will never buy from them and we will make sure to tell everyone about this treatment at this dealership. Needless to say, we both bought elsewhere and saved over $2000 each from their pricing. More

BEST (and easiest) used car sale EVER! Thanks Lloyd Henry! My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru. Lloyd Henry was our salesperson- and he did a simply OUTSTANDING job. We liv My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru. Lloyd Henry was our salesperson- and he did a simply OUTSTANDING job. We live about 1.5 hrs from Ganley, so traveling to the dealership was a commitment, and (considering our prior experience with OTHER dealerships) a gamble. Mr Henry really has changed our experience in whole new way. Lloyd answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to help us out in checking the vehicle over, before we ever saw it in person! We had a detailed description, close up photos, details of any dings or scratches and a detailed CarFax. Lloyd even detailed a few of the repairs that he would recommend once the purchase was complete. Very straightforward and HONEST. No surprises at Ganley, with Lloyd at the wheel. Meanwhile the other staff people were also very courteous and very helpful. We didn;t encounter any pressure or 'tactics. No push to 'upgrade' to a different vehicle. All fees and costs were plainly explained before we sat down with financing, and Lloyd even gave us an estimate on our local tax (something that a lot of salespeople overlook and us customers forget!). After the sale- we had a few courtesy calls, to be sure the transaction and customer satisfaction is well. I never write reviews, but needed to step out here. All around, an amazing experience and re-adjusted our understanding of pre-owned care sales. Thanks so much, Mr Henry! More
