I came in late with no appointment and even 1 hour before closing Mike was still bouncing around the place with energy. I waited for Mike a a few minutes and the rest of the staff there were very courteous offering me and my daughter water and refreshments. I left that night before making a deal but as promised Mike worked on it the next morning until he had the deal I wanted. I came back and got the car I'd wanted.
