The Service Writer, Chris, is very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the service technician that worked on my car is incompetent. I came in to get my hitch light fixture reattached because the original Unfortunately, the service technician that worked on my car is incompetent. I came in to get my hitch light fixture reattached because the original technician failed to put on lock nuts to hold it in place. I specifically asked for the lock nuts to be put on so the light fixture will stay in place. This technician, like the first one, failed to put the lock nuts on! I drove 2 hours to take my car back to the service department that installed the hitch (Bedford) so that they can see what happens when you fail to include necessary hardware. Apparently, it was too much trouble to add lock nuts. I will never return to this service department. I will call a different service department to have this problem fixed correctly. More

Chris, the employee assigned to my appointment, was incredibly responsive and helpful. However, the pricing (even for a dealership) was ridiculous. Labor was more expensive than parts, even for an oil incredibly responsive and helpful. However, the pricing (even for a dealership) was ridiculous. Labor was more expensive than parts, even for an oil change (priced at $100 total). I did not feel that I was being informed of what I was paying for, and felt I was overcharged for the repairs. Again, the employee helping me was so wonderful, and took the time to help me make sense of the charges and the very long wait time. I previously had good experiences here, but will not be bringing my car here again. More
