Expensive. Very expensive. And I was told I was due for a transmission flush which I agreed to. Later I was told there was no transmission fluid in the dealership and the transmission in my car had been a transmission flush which I agreed to. Later I was told there was no transmission fluid in the dealership and the transmission in my car had been drained already. I could take a loaner and return to pick my car up the next day. This is pretty poor and makes me wonder if there wasn’t something else going on. Regardless, I’m not in a hurry to return to them for service. More

My experience with Ganley Bedford was very unique. I went in for a recall on my '16 Crosstrek and while waiting worked with sales regarding their "Trade Up" program. In the most simple and comforting manner, I ended up leaving in a brand new 2021 Crosstrek. Everyone involved listened to my needs and concerned and addressed them one by one. They were very easy to work with and genuinely seemed to care. James is a fantastic salesperson who does not exhibit those stereotypical traits. He spoke to me as an acquaintance and as someone he genuinely wanted to help. There was zero pressure, he made sure I was comfortable and was willing to accept a no response from me. Thankfully, he didn't have to. Compared to my first car buying experienced from a non-disclosed dealership, Ganley Subaru of Bedford completely reversed my view on dealerships. I cannot be more pleased with this experience and am still in shock and how quick and simple it ended up being. More
