Communication could have been better. We have had good experiences with this service center in the past. We recently took our car in for routine service and a recall fuel pump replacement We have had good experiences with this service center in the past. We recently took our car in for routine service and a recall fuel pump replacement. No one told us that we would need to bring the car in for the pump replacement with less than half a tank of gas, and it wasn't stated on the online sign up form. We were able to do the routine maintenance, but we had to make a second trip to the dealership for another appointment for the pump, which we were not happy about. Jennifer apologized and worked with us to get us in as soon as possible at a convenient time. She did a good job, but overall the communication by the service department could have been better on this issue. Also, on the day of the service, I called ahead to see how much time it would require, and I was told 4 hours, so I made arrangements to have someone come with me so I could drop the car off and not have to stay. When I arrived, I was told the service would take only one hour which was, in fact, how long it took. If I had known that, I would not have imposed on my family member to give me a ride. More
