He is so nice and so patient, I cant believe people dog him here. All of your associates are good. But they are TIRED. You can tell. Pay them better. Hire more of them and don't let them burn out. Took to long I had a 10:15 appointment on a Saturday morning, when I arrived I was told that it would take 4 hours to fix the 3 recall items that needed fixing. I I had a 10:15 appointment on a Saturday morning, when I arrived I was told that it would take 4 hours to fix the 3 recall items that needed fixing. I went home to wait. I got a call 4 hours later saying that my car would take longer and it would not be ready until Monday possibly end of day. It isn't the end of the world but I was not thrilled to be without a car all weekend. A free loaner was offered, but why go through the hassle of getting a ride. It did bother me that I was told one thing at drop off and the rules changing. More

They did not "toot their own horn" with giving me this "bonus". The salesman and sales manager were considerate and friendly. More
